It is suggested that
this prayer is made on the hour every hour you are awake.
So you may recognise
others doing the same, place your hand on your heart as you say it,
either aloud or silently.
I say it three times
connecting to my Higher Self, those I love, and also those I feel
uncomfortable about.
Think of the power of
this if everyone on the planet stopped for a few seconds every hour
and made a connection to themselves and everyone on the
planet.
